• Select the data tab in excel and choose refresh all. Depending on your operating system and excel version this option may be located somewhere else. If this does not work immediately try once more.
• If the refresh all is not working, try to refresh each individual tab first starting with the ncaabb_data worksheet.

• A connection in your sheet may have been broken. Delete the excel workbook and try re-downloading the excel file from above. With the fresh download follow the steps listed above.

• Some work computers and business networks may block external connections in excel even if you have followed the steps.
