How much should I bet?
Kelly Calculator Information

The Kelly Criterion was developed by American scientist John Kelly Jr. in 1956. This formula is used by sports bettors and other gamblers to manage their bankroll. The Kelly Criterion, calculated here with our Kelly Calculator, helps you determine the optimal size for your bankroll and risk tolerance, and is used when you have determined there is a difference between your calculated true odds and the given odds for a bet. Enter the implied probability of winning or the fair odds for the line you are looking at, the given odds, your bankroll and your Kelly multiplier. A Kelly multiplier of 1 is quite aggressive; we recommend 1/4 or 1/2 Kelly.
